The white cotton poplin shirt has a burgundy trim on the collar with smart pintuck pleats below and button fastenings on the back. There are decorative satin buttons on both the shirt and the burgundy red velvet shorts. The shorts have inverted pleats on the front, an adjustable waist for a good fit and are lined for comfort. They fasten together with the shirt for a neat finish. A detachable, button-fastening velvet bow tie completes the look.
