If you receive a gift from Tinyo that is the incorrect size, you may exchange it without notifying the original purchaser. Contact our concierge with the order number found on the gift receipt, and we will issue the refund as store credit to your personal account.
Absolutely. Whenever an order is marked as a gift, all original price tags are meticulously removed from the garments. A specialized gift receipt, entirely devoid of pricing information, is included in the package to allow for seamless exchanges.
During checkout, select 'This is a Gift'. You will be prompted to type a personal message. This note will be hand-written by our team on heavy-stock, debossed Tinyo stationery and enclosed in a sealed envelope within the parcel.
